Aquarobics

If your goal is a leaner, stronger, fit body and want to have fun while you get there - Aquarobics is for you! Our water fitness program uses the water\'s resistance and buoyancy to promote quicker muscle tone and a vigorous cardiovascular workout. Our professionally trained instructors will inspire you to move and burn those calories away with all over body exercises set to your favorite tunes. This 60-minute workout will get you in shape while reducing the risk of injury and impact to your joints. Our shallow water workout does not require swimming skills and is perfect for all levels of fitness. You make the commitment to your health, we\'ll make it fun. GET IN. GET FIT.

Sessions begin every 5 week but you can join in at any time.

Night Aquacise Class Information

We operate on a 12-class punch card system that you can use when you choose. Aquacise is also available to non-members, so bring a friend.

Fees

The first class is FREE!
Members: 12 class punch card $30
Non-members: 12-class punch card $60

Our program is one hour in length and begins with flexibility exercise to help prevent injuries to the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments. A 20-minute aerobic workout follows. Water aerobics lessen the impact on the joints and help cool the body during exercise. The water resistance improves muscular strength, and movement through the water improves flexibility. Last, but extremely important, is the cool down to help return the blood from the working muscles to the brain, lungs, and internal organs, and to help prevent fatigue and muscle soreness later.
