The upper floor of the New Clubhouse is available for rental by members and non-members. The room can accommodate 80 seating and 120 standing. The room has a full kitchen and the rental rate includes 8 round and/or 8 rectangle tables and 80 chairs. The room is great for family functions from anniversaries and reunions to wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. Think of us when your business needs a place for a meeting, retreat, or party. Members' rental rates are ½ the non-member rates.

Please call our Front Desk at 425-746-9510 if you have any questions or would like a tour of the room. Complete rental agreement forms are availiable at the club's front desk.

Members and Non-Members may rent the room for a Half Day (up to 4 hours for your event) or a Full Day (renter has control of the room from 10 AM to Midnight) Any rental going past 9:00 PM must book the room at the Full rental rate. Additional time may be booked at an hourly rate provided it fits with the Club's normal operation.

Special rates apply on New Years Eve. Please call or email for the rate.

Rentals are not available on
July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Driving Directions:

• From 405 North or South take the Coal Creek Parkway Exit head east.
• Turn South (right) onto 119th SE and head up the hill.
• The Club will be on your left at the second Stop Sign at the corner of 119th and 56th.
• The Club has two parking lots. The entrence to the Banquet Room if off of the large parking lot. The small parking lot is off of 119th.
• To go to the larger parking lot, take a left onto 56th and then a left into the parking lot.
