New Fitness Classes in the Banquet Room
Newport Hills Swim and Tennis Club now offers you a variety of classes specially designed and taught by personal trainer Brooke Thomas. All classes are "go at your own pace" and offer a small club friendly environment! We as a group accept that we are all different shapes and sizes and have different strengths and weakneses. We work together in a group setting to attain health and strive towards fitness. During each class, you will receive various tips from the instructor and leave the class with positive approaches to managing your health. We will be using a punch card for the class. You may purchase cards and register at the front desk.

CORE STRENGTH - Mon. and Wed. 5:30 - 6 PM
- Feel solid and learn to incorporate your core into your every day life to avoid injuries, correct posture, and continually strengthen your entire core.
- Class setting: very user friendly! We have a "core" group of fun people. We laugh, we groan, and we grow together. Go at your own pace and learn to listen to your body.

BODY SCULPT - Mon. 6 - 6:30 PM
- A lift class for you to enjoy as you are taught proper form and learn to push yourself a bit. This is a great class for those of you who would like to learn to lift weights under the supervision of a motivating instructor.
- Class setting: friendly environment. Allows you to find your strengths and weaknesses and progress at your own pace. All new equipment provided for you. Instructor will help you determine your proper weights.

BAND TOGETHER - Wed. 6 - 6:30 PM
- This class will get your heart rate up and allow you to learn and experience weight resistance without cumbersome weights. You choose level of difficulty as we move in body circuit form, super setting exercises with short recovery breaks.
- Class setting: simple moves for easy progressions. Good for protecting joints and ligaments. A good class for preparation to weight training for strength or complimenting your weight training with endurance.
