2008 Swim Team Start and Turn Classes
Description
Stroke and Turn classes are taught by the coaches and offer focused instruction on swim stroke and race technique. Three different 30-minute classes are offered: Backstroke/Freestyle, Breaststroke/Butterfly and Race Starts/Turns. Any swimmer interested in improving their skills may sign-up at the front desk starting May 12th for any session. This year we have six different sessions. Each session equals four-1/2 hour classes. Maximum six per class.
