Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for grounds keeping, painting and small repairs.
Helps with small electrical and plumbing repairs, equipment repairs that are not outsourced to contractors if prior experience in those areas.
Establish and/or follow maintenance checklists and schedules for preventative maintenance.
Stock and maintain supply inventory, storage and utility closets.
Maintain a clean and safe Club environment.
Constant focus on Member experience.
Resolve service or special requests promptly.
Frequent inspections of assigned areas such as walkthrough, looking for debris and or any hazards.
Ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees.
Able to take initiative, self starter.
Organized and able to prioritize schedules according to the needs of the facility.

Behavioral Qualifications:

A "Get it done" attitude.
Multi-tasker with the ability to research tasks online and self-learn.
Clear communicator and maintains a high level of professionalism in behavior and quality of work.
Ability to handle change, sometimes daily.
Leads by example with Safety and Security.

Experience:

The problem-solving ability that enables you to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Successful candidates should have a superior work ethic, and technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning.
