A fusion of yoga styles, the class will contain some slow flow and some longer holds, strengthening and stretching. Expect 30-40 minutes of warming, strength-based practice followed by 20-30 minutes of stretching and mindfulness. Classes will be arranged to fit the goals and needs of students present. This class is designed for participants of all levels ages 12 and up

Tiffany Nance

Tiffany first sought out yoga for the physical benefits hoping to sweat it out and become more fit. Several years and life chapters later, she discovered that yoga was more than just a physical practice. On her mat she discovered a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and complete mind-body connection. Her yoga mat was a place to return to that felt steady, grounded, and a place of zero judgement no matter what life chaos was going on.

Leaning heavily on her background of teaching and educating, she completed a 200-hour vinyasa teacher training with YogaSix in Redmond, WA in 2023. Since that time she has been empowering students to take up space on their mat just as they are, tune in and learn to listen to their bodies, and to move with their breath.

As a teacher, Tiffany understands that each student is on their own yoga journey. She offers her students to enjoy that journey and take classes at their pace, to modify when needed, and to honor how they feel in their bodies at all times. Tiffany finds immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration walking alongside her student to discover their own personal yoga journey and hopes to connect and encourage them all along the way.
