I am so looking forward to practicing with you all! We’ve set a yoga schedule with varied times in hopes that there will be a time (or two!) that works for each of you. If your availability allows, I encourage you to sign up for multiple classes. Committing to your yoga practice at least two or three times a week will lead to improved flexibility and strength.
Each class will be “all-levels”. That means that whether you are completely new to yoga, have a consistent practice, or are somewhere in-between, these classes will be right for you. I teach to the room, tailoring each class to the yogis in attendance. My aim as a teacher is to provide space and opportunity for challenge, relaxation, and growth.
