Ages 10-14
The age group is focused on refining all four competitive strokes, as well as develop the critical aspects of becoming a competitive swimmer. Practices will focus on skill, technique, and conditioning of athletes to gain confidence and endurance. Athletes are expected to participate in our meets held once a month, this allows swimmers to see their progress and for coaches to identify areas of improvement and strengths. They will have the opportunity to practice five times a week. This group leads into the elite sharks.
